Alok Shah is awesome at communication. He acted as our broker for the car loan. His communication and clarity is hard to match as I have compared him to 2 previous brokers I have dealt with and I can tell you that they were not even close to his working standards. He guided me on each and every step. Also how to deal with the car dealership as dealerships are know to delay after taking initial deposits.
